1. Sobre esta tienda

DISAN3D vende productos impresos en 3D, fabricados bajo pedido y personalizables. Cada producto muestra su precio, dimensiones, material y tiempo de fabricación aproximado.

2. Pedidos y personalización

Al hacer un pedido personalizado, revisaremos contigo el diseño (texto, colores, medidas) antes de imprimir. Te pedimos que compruebes la ortografía y los datos: los productos personalizados se fabrican tal y como se confirman.

3. Precios

Los precios se muestran en euros (€) e incluyen la pieza impresa. El importe final (con envío incluido) se acuerda contigo al confirmar tu solicitud.

4. Fabricación y envío

Las piezas se imprimen bajo pedido. Los plazos indicados son orientativos y dependen de la carga de trabajo. Enviamos con embalaje protector; los envíos se confirman al tramitar cada pedido.

5. Devoluciones

Por ser productos fabricados a medida, los artículos personalizados no admiten devolución salvo defecto de fabricación. Si algo no es correcto, escríbenos y lo resolvemos.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
